Finally…the sun is shining!! I love this time of the year! The weather is perfect, the vibes are perfect, and the days seem longer. With that said, I hope you are intentional about going outside. Not just to have a good time, but to get the vitamin D you need.
Speaking of health, this is the time to take care of yourself. Recently, I went live on IG with Doctor P to discuss fibroids. He made great points, one being selecting better health insurance like a PPO plan so that you can select physicians of your choice. So much great information was given in that live, we had 2 parts. Also consider other aspects of health: dental, vision, emotional, spirituality, and of course sensuality! You know by now how I feel, sex should always be pleasurable from the beginning to the end! It is important that I stress, take care of your mental health. More specifically, your emotional health. Especially if you’re a person like myself, who lives in their head!
Learn to give yourself grace when you are overthinking! I’m not a therapist but I know for sure it is important for you to pay attention to how your body is responding to situations, enviroments, people, and things! On the contrary, "living in your head" can sometimes be a trauma response of what is happening or what has happened. Your current situation may be triggering the feelings of anxiety, worry, fear! Nonetheless, unpack it, deal with it accordingly and change what you can.
