Lubricants—aka lube—are a game-changer when it comes to enhancing sex!Although lube is often associated with anal sex or with women experiencing vaginal dryness, the truth is: lube is for everyone. It’s not just for special occasions or problem-solving—lube can be used anytime, anywhere, and as often as you like.

In fact, it’s one of the most underrated bedroom accessories out there.

Here are 5 reasons to add lube to your routine:

Silicone-based lube is a personal favorite. It’s long-lasting, ultra-slick, and perfect for extended sessions or water play. Just one heads up—don’t use silicone lube with silicone toys or condoms. The combo can break down the material over time, causing it to deteriorate.

Water-based lube is your go-to universal option. It’s safe to use with all kinds of toys, condoms, and for solo or partner play. It may dry out eventually, but you can revive it easily with a few extra drops or a little saliva.
