Sex In The Heat

Researchers have noted that an increase in one's sex drive during the spring doesn’t exist.


In fact, men’s testosterone levels and sperm production are slightly lower in the hotter months.


This can be a result of having allergies and taking medications that causes drowsiness. Also consider the winter being filled with holidays and food...resulting in weight gain and negative body image during the spring and summer!

 

If you experience a decline in your libido try the following: take meds for your allergies that are non-drowsy! To help combat your negative body image and low testosterone levels, get active and hydrate!

 

Don’t miss out on spring and summer sex because of physical inactivity! Go outdoors, take a walk, inhale fresh air to further boost your mood and dress according to your body type to feel good!

 

Last thing I want to bring to your attention, ladies be careful taking detox supplements and allergy medications while on birth control. Those 2 can reduce the effectiveness of your birth control. I made a reel about it. Click here for more details, read the caption!
