This is a hot summer! Heat can create an increase in sweat and dehydration. This means body odor and a slightly dry vagina. Do yourself and your partner a favor and follow these tips to stay hydrated and fresh during this heat.
Increase fruit intake
Drink at least a half of gallon of water
Decrease starchy and fried foods
Use a strong deodorant (sorry organic gals) consider using some under your boobs as well
These 4 simple tips will not only keep you hydrated but also decrease the toxins in your body. When you are sweating, toxins are being released therefore leaving bacteria sitting on the skin, causing an odor.
Of course, we love our summer scents but please, please avoid vaginal washes. Your vagina does not need any cleansers. It’s all a lie! However, you are more than welcomed to use an antibacterial soap to wash your vulva and pubic region but DO NOT put soap or perfume between your legs! Now make love in the summer heat with confidence.
