Save Yourself: Overcoming Extreme Sadness

No one is coming to save you! Get up and start moving! The life you want is a life you have to work hard for...
To have a healthy mental and emotional life, learn how to do these 11 things:
Guard your heart for everything you do flows from it (Proverbs 4:23).
Create a life that you actually like. Spend time with yourself, by yourself!
Romanticize your life. Do nice things for yourself regularly!
Pray throughout the day.
As much as I would love to tell you to get rid of negative people, you may be the one who is negative. Work on that!
Keep some things to yourself; actually keep a lot to yourself because too many opinions can minimize God's voice.
Establish a real relationship with God. Church is not enough. Read your bible on the easy version throughout the week. Journal what you read.
Hang around people who you actually enjoy, who makes you laugh and genuinely smile. Who will cover you in prayer!
Stop being performative! If you do not want to, then don't!
GO SEE A THERAPIST AND BE TRANSPARENT IN YOUR SESSIONS. They can't advise a lie!
Lastly....cut off that person who keeps you in a state of confusion. God is all clarity! That's not your spouse or friend babe, move on! At some point, you have to acknowledge that you're the cause of your heartache. Stop trying to see the good in a person and see them for who they are, how they treat you! Say it with me, "bye wig!"
