Music During Sex

Having sex while music is playing can be a total game-changer. It adds that extra umph—turning a good night into an unforgettable one.

Creating a playlist (or what I like to call, a “fuck list”) can heighten the experience in ways you didn’t even realize were possible. But here’s the key: you have to be intentional about what you add. Think of it as curating the soundtrack to your sex life.

You want songs that match the mood you’re trying to set or the vibe of your relationship. Music can say the things you might not be able to express out loud.

Different Vibes, Different Playlists

  • Romantic + Emotional Connection: If you’re feeling deep love or intimacy, choose songs about passion, connection, or even slow jams that make every touch feel meaningful. These tracks amplify the tenderness.

  • Raw + Wild Energy: On the flip side, if you’re in the mood for something filthy, raunchy, and primal? Load up on rap, trap, or songs with explicit lyrics. The aggression in the beat can fuel that “fuck me like a slut” energy that gets bodies moving in sync.

Music doesn’t just set the mood—it changes the way your body moves. A bass drop can shift your rhythm. A slow groove can pull you into a grind. Sometimes, it feels like the artist is right there in the room, coaching you through it.

Top Reasons to Have a Fuck List

  1. Set the Mood: Lighting is nice, lingerie is sexy—but nothing sets the atmosphere like music. It tells your body, “It’s go time.”

  2. Express Yourself Without Words: Maybe you can’t say “I want you nasty” out loud, but the right lyrics can do it for you.

  3. Ride the Beat: Literally. Let the tempo guide your rhythm—slow, fast, or stop-and-go. Sex becomes a dance, and you’re moving to the same soundtrack.

  4. Deepen the Bond: Music is intimate. Sharing a playlist (or building one together) can make sex feel more connected and personal. It becomes your thing.

Pro Tips for Building the Perfect Fuck List

  • Keep it versatile. Have a mix of slow burns, sensual songs, and high-energy bangers.

  • Time it right. Start with foreplay-friendly tracks, then build toward more intense beats.

  • Skip the distractions. Don’t pick songs with awkward intros, random skits, or lyrics that’ll make you laugh mid-thrust.

  • Update often. The same list on repeat gets boring. Keep it fresh with new drops or songs that capture where your relationship is now.

At the end of the day, sex is about connection, pleasure, and fun. Music amplifies all three. So go ahead—make that fuck list, press play, and let the soundtrack carry you away.
