You’re probably thinking, “another self-care” guide! No sugar, this is all about self-pleasure! In order to increase your sensuality, you need to do things that will make you feel good about yourself. Let’s start from within:

  • Increase your fruit and vegetable intake

  • Increase your water intake

  • Reduce fried foods

  • Reduce foods high in butters, oils, and salt

 

Don’t panic, the last two are limited! Not eliminated. These 4 will literally boost your energy, keep you hydrated, and make you feel good because your organs are receiving more nutrients.

 

Now let’s continue to the outer body. Here are some things you should find:

  • Favorite body moisturizer

  • Signature perfume

  • Makeup routine

  • At home facial routine

  • Go to summer hair style and nail color

  • A new activity

  • Loved ones and places that give you joy
