Sweet Treat

If you're located in Florida, you are experiencing the thick of the heat! I hope you're staying hydrated by drinking mostly water and eating water fruits like watermelon, blueberries, pineapples, peaches, just to name a few! Remember, a hydrated body is a hydrated vagina!
To help beat the heat and stay sweet (wink), recently I made sorbet and it was truly a treat! I saw a recipe on instagram that only contained
3 ingredients:
5 cups of frozen fruit
1/4 cup of fresh lime juice
1/4 cup of honey
Dump your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until it is thick and smooth. See, simple!
I used mangoes as my fruit of choice because it's my favorite fruit and mangoes contain vitamin E which is responsible for regulating sex hormones and boosting your sex drive! Don't say I never put you on!
This is another food item I added to my worksheet, "What's edible that makes you feel sexy" from the self-pleasure workbook, Table For One! Maybe because my body feels cool and in my mind I taste like a mango, but after I have this treat, I'm ready to be a treat...I be feeling sexy AF.
