Remember Your First Time?

The first time I stimulated my clitoris, I was in elementary school. Now if you gave me a side eye, would you have questioned that if I was a man? Exactly!

 

Think about your sex life, when is a woman mostly aroused? Correct! During her period and ovulation. The good thing, as an adult, you can release that sexual tension freely.

 

But what about pre-teens and adolescent girls? I started my menstrual cycle when I was 10 years old. Like most boys, my brother had the autonomy to explore his body. But what about me? Just like most girls, I also had sexual feelings....

So self-pleasure it its! I don't have any adolescent girls so I can't tell you from experience how to speak to your teen daughter(s) about this but I can give you 3 tips on how to guide the conversation:

 

1. Accept the FACT once the period start, there's a great possibility sexual feelings will arise.

2. Explain to your pre-teen girl the physical changes she may experience and change is normal.

3. Provide space for your pre-teen girl to express her feelings without judgement.

    

Bonus: be open to giving your adolescent a small, clitoral vibrator.

 

Just like you turn a blind eye to your pre-teen boy jacking off, do the same with your pre-teen girl. Both are experiencing the same thing, but only one is most likely to delay their first sexual encounter (the boy)!
