As much as I advocate for women, I’m also a big believer in reciprocity in relationships. Love should be a two-way street. Don’t be the partner who’s always on the receiving end but rarely gives back.

Just like we love feeling desired, adored, and appreciated—so do men. They want to be affirmed, complimented, pampered, and touched with intention.

Now ask yourself this:How would you feel if your man barely flirted with you, rarely complimented you, and mostly spoke in a matter-of-fact tone? You’d probably start questioning if he even likes you, right?

That’s likely how he feels too. Men have insecurities and need reassurance just like we do. So let’s make the effort to pour back into them. And guess what? It doesn’t take much.

Here are 5 low-effort, high-impact ways to show love to your man starting today:

1. Say it with your chest:

Out of the blue, tell him, “I love your fine ass.” Watch him melt.

2. Get a little frisky:

Next time he’s sitting or lying down, straddle him, plant a deep French kiss, and whisper something spicy in his ear. (Yes, initiate sex!)

3. Feed his soul (and stomach):

Surprise him by making his favorite meal, snack, or dessert—just because.

4. Gift him a little something:

While you’re out shopping, grab something he loves or needs. Maybe his favorite cologne is running low?

5. Be present:

Sit down and watch a game, movie, or show he loves. Put your phone away and just be in the moment with him.
