Sis, I Don’t Care How You See Your Body—Just Make Sure You See It!

Spending time nude is one of the most powerful ways to boost your sexual confidence. Why? Because it increases intimacy—not just with a partner, but with yourself. Intimacy means closeness. That closeness includes confronting your imperfections and eventually seeing the beauty in all of them.

When you’re naked more often, you get more comfortable in your skin. And before you know it, you're loving every stretch mark, every roll, every dimple of cellulite. You feel free, and you start to define what sexy means for you.

Naked Confidence Is a Whole Vibe

One of my favorite things to do when I’m naked? I twerk in the mirror. Yes, girl—mirror on full blast. I turn into Mercedes from P-Valley. The only things I’m missing are a pole… and maybe a little rhythm (LOL)—but that’s beside the point. I’ll be in there clapping cheeks, dropping low, and hyping myself all the way up.

And let me tell you—after that? You can’t tell me I’m not the sexiest woman alive. The confidence is through the roof!

Love the Body You're In—Right Now

Here’s the truth: the body you have today is still being touched, kissed, caressed, and aroused. It’s still being sexed! So why not show it some love and own it like the divine work of art it is?

If you’re hard on yourself (like I can be), remember this: two things can be true at once. You can love the body you have and work toward the body you want. Period.

PSA: Stop Sleeping in That Tight-Ass Bra and Panty

Why are you sleeping like that?! I know you’re hot and uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Take it off, girl. Give your body the rest it deserves.

Sleeping nude isn’t just freeing—it’s healthy. Your vulva is pressed and smothered all day long in tight panties. At leastgive her a break at night. She deserves air, space, and freedom from friction.

Nudity improves vaginal health. Seriously.Letting your vulva breathe while you sleep can help regulate your vaginal pH balance naturally. And if you happen to get aroused in your sleep, guess what? You’ve got easy access to take care of business (wink).

Speaking of Vaginal Health…

Recently, I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Dr. Stephanie Agyemang, was the previous owner of Fresh Start Primary Care (476 Riverside Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32202). Now she is with UF Health.

We discussed all things Vaginal Health. And while the live didn’t save (sad face), don’t worry, we’ll definitely do it again soon.

Quick Takeaways from Our Chat:

  • Stop using products inside your vagina!Vaginal tissue is super sensitive, and most chemicals do more harm than good.

  • Medications can impact your sex drive.Talk to your doctor if you’ve noticed a change in your libido.

  • Poor mental health = lower desire.Your mind and body are connected—take care of both.

  • Speak to your provider about all your sexual health concerns.Your sex life is part of your overall wellness.

  • Drink your water!Dehydration = dry vagina. Period.

  • Masturbation is a practice of self-awareness.It’s how you master your own body.

If you’re in the market for a provider who gets it, follow @Femme_MD and reach out to Dr. Stephanie. She’s sex-positive, affirming, and offers exclusive, inclusive care.

Now go ahead, take off that bra, dance in the mirror, and fall madly in love with the skin you’re in.

You deserve to feel sexy now. Not “when I lose 10 pounds.” Not “after I fix this or that.” Now.

Own it. Love it .Celebrate it. Naked.
